A studio session starts with a workable space and a clear idea. Professional lighting, a backdrop, direction, setup, and breakdown come to your approved location. Here is what helps us make the plan.

Start with the look and the people
Share your concept, inspiration references, people count, and how you will use the photographs. Tell me whether one lighting and backdrop look is enough, or whether your idea needs a second look. Fashion photographs in the portfolio are style references; wardrobe, makeup, props, and commercial usage are discussed separately rather than assumed to be included.

Give the setup room to work
Send the city or ZIP, location type, approximate room dimensions, and ceiling height. Mention reachable power, furniture, parking, stairs or elevators, load-in access, and venue permission. There is no universal room size that guarantees approval. After your inquiry, I may request room photographs by email to check the space.

Choose camera time, not setup time
Mobile Studio is $650 for 60 minutes of camera time, one lighting / backdrop look, up to four people, and 10 edited photographs. Extended Mobile Studio is $950 for 90 minutes of camera time, up to two lighting / backdrop looks, up to six people, and 20 edited photographs. Professional lighting, a backdrop, setup, and breakdown are included. Camera time is separate from setup.

Confirm travel and access
The first 25 one-way driving miles from Sanford are included. Travel of 26–50 miles adds $50; 51–75 miles adds $100; beyond 75 miles is quoted individually. The shortest practical driving route determines distance. The space and any travel costs are confirmed before booking.

Know the next step
A $100 booking fee reserves your confirmed date and is applied to the package balance. For Mobile Studio, your location is approved before the fee is requested. Travel, extra time, and custom needs are confirmed before booking. For Mobile Studio, location approval comes before the booking fee. Business teams, products, campaigns, and advertising are custom brand productions; describe that intended use when you inquire.
