Plan Your Event Photography in Sanford & Orlando

A birthday dinner, family celebration, and busy festival all have moments worth keeping. A clear photography plan gives you room to enjoy them. Before booking event photography in Sanford or Orlando, decide what you want remembered, when it will happen, and how you want your guests photographed.

Build the coverage window around the moments

Write down the start time of each important part of the event: guest arrivals, a welcome, speeches, a performance, cake, and any planned group portraits. Include time for the details you want photographed before guests arrive. If a short package ends before the speech that matters most, it is the wrong window even if it covers the beginning of the party. Share the schedule so we can discuss a start and finish time that fits your priorities.

Choose candid coverage, guest portraits, or both

Moving around the room captures conversations, reactions, and the atmosphere. A dedicated portrait spot gives guests somewhere to pause for a photograph. If you want both, tell me which takes priority and when there will be a chance for posed groups. A staffed photo wall and moving coverage compete for one photographer’s time. We agree on a workable approach before booking rather than assuming every activity can be photographed at once.

Send a short, useful shot list

Name the people, details, and moments that matter most. Examples include the guest of honor with their family, a particular group of friends, decorations before the room fills, and the reaction during a toast. For planned groups, choose someone who knows the guests and can help gather them. A priority list helps guide coverage, but it cannot guarantee every guest or moment will appear in the final gallery.

Check the room and venue together

Send the venue name, city, expected guest count, and whether the event is indoors or outdoors. Photos of a private dining room or the proposed portrait area help communicate the space. Ask the venue about flash, equipment placement, photography access, and arrival arrangements. If you want a backdrop, mention it in the inquiry so space, setup, and scope can be discussed. A portrait area needs a plan that works alongside guests, furniture, and the venue’s requirements.

Choose the package that fits the schedule

Event Essentials is $400 for up to two consecutive hours. Event Story is $750 for up to four consecutive hours. Full Event is $1,100 for up to six consecutive hours. Each covers one venue with candid moments, planned guest portraits, and a gallery of selected, edited high-resolution photographs. The gallery size depends on the event and the moments captured. Coverage is at one venue for consecutive hours. Choose the duration around your priority moments and allow time for planned portraits. Weddings, commercial activations, and additional time receive a custom quote. Tell me about any business or advertising use so the intended scope and licensing can be confirmed.

Know what happens after the event

The edited, high-resolution event gallery is delivered digitally in 5–7 business days. Gallery size depends on the event and the moments captured, so a longer booking is not a promise of a fixed photograph count. Share any urgent delivery requirement before booking. A $100 booking fee reserves your confirmed date and is applied to the package balance. For Mobile Studio, your location is approved before the fee is requested. Travel, extra time, and custom needs are confirmed before booking.

Send one clear inquiry

Include the event date, venue and city, guest count, proposed coverage times, and your top priorities. Mention whether you want candid photographs, posed guest portraits, or both. If the schedule is still being built, send what you know and mark the uncertain times. I will confirm availability, coverage, and the booking details with you.
