Before you book
A few questions.
A clear plan.
Where do sessions take place?
LightFlicks is a Sanford-based, traveling photography business serving Sanford, Orlando, and Winter Park by arrangement. Sessions take place outdoors or at an approved client location. There is no public walk-in studio. We confirm the location, access, and any travel costs before booking.
Can you bring a studio to my location?
Yes. Mobile Studio brings professional lighting, a backdrop, portrait direction, setup, and breakdown to your approved space. Camera time is separate from setup. The space is reviewed before the booking fee is requested; see the service details for travel bands and the Mobile Studio planning guide for what to send.
When will I receive my photographs?
Booked portrait-session photographs are delivered digitally in 3–5 business days after your selections. Edited event galleries are delivered in 5–7 business days. Pop-Up Portraits uses on-site digital delivery, with edited upgrades and hosted edits within 48 hours after the event; see its separate policies. Complex retouching, commercial deliverables, and any requested rush deadline are confirmed separately before booking.
What is included in my event gallery?
Your gallery brings together the strongest photographs of key moments, guest interactions, planned group portraits, and event details captured during your booked time. I remove duplicates, test shots, and unusable images, then edit the selected photographs for color, exposure, and cropping. Your finished gallery is delivered as high-resolution downloads within 5–7 business days.
There is no fixed photo count. The final gallery size depends on the schedule, activity, and opportunities to photograph during your coverage window. We discuss your priorities and coverage expectations before booking.
How much event coverage do I need?
Choose 2 hours for one main part of your gathering, 4 hours for arrivals and the main activities, or 6 hours for several stages of the celebration. Each package covers one venue during consecutive booked hours. Share your schedule so we can choose the window that includes your priorities.
How do I reserve a date?
An inquiry starts the conversation; availability and your plan are confirmed directly. A $100 booking fee reserves your confirmed date and is applied to the package balance. For Mobile Studio, your location is approved before the fee is requested. Travel, extra time, and custom needs are confirmed before booking.
What about festivals, commercial events, or competitions?
Festival, commercial activation, and competition coverage receive a custom scope and quote rather than the fixed private-event packages. Share the date, venue, access, intended image use, and deliverables. Start a festival or commercial event inquiry, or discuss competition coverage.

Choosing your finished photographs
I select the strongest images for a private proof gallery, then you choose the finished photographs included in your package. The image count is per package and shared across everyone photographed. Additional finished images are $25 each or 5 for $100. Finished photographs are delivered within 3–5 business days after I receive your complete selections. RAW files and unedited proofs are not included in final delivery.
Editing and retouching
Standard editing includes color, exposure, cropping, and light cleanup of temporary blemishes while preserving natural skin texture. Extensive retouching, substantial object removal, composites, clothing changes, and body reshaping are quoted separately before work begins.
Minor adjustments after delivery
One consolidated round of minor adjustments is included when requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. This covers brightness, color, cropping, or a missed temporary blemish. A new editing style, replacement image selections after editing, or complex retouching is quoted first. Corrections to my delivery errors do not count against your revision round.
Session time and readiness
Please arrive ready in your first outfit. Outdoor session time includes outfit changes and movement within the agreed location. For Mobile Studio, initial setup and final breakdown are outside your camera time; outfit changes and lighting or backdrop transitions are part of it. Standard Mobile Studio includes one look; Extended includes up to two. Late arrival or an unready space reduces the time remaining in your scheduled session. Extra time depends on availability and an agreed price. Delays caused by me do not reduce your booked camera time.

Space approval before booking
Before requesting the booking fee, I review photos, dimensions, access, and restrictions for your space. We confirm power, furniture movement, and setup requirements together. You arrange permission to use the location, have it ready at the agreed time, and disclose stairs, loading, parking, and access restrictions.
Travel and location changes
The first 25 one-way driving miles from Sanford are included. Travel of 26–50 miles is $50; 51–75 miles is $100; longer distances receive a custom quote. Travel, parking, permits, and venue costs are confirmed before booking. Changes to the approved location or setup may require an updated quote.

Brand & Business Photography policies
A custom quote for your business
Brand & Business Photography focuses on personal branding, staff portraits, and your business at work. Product photography requests are considered case by case; send product details and reference images so I can assess the setup. Your written proposal confirms the people, locations, coverage time, setups, finished image count, editing, delivery schedule, intended usage, and additional costs before booking.
Image selection and delivery
I select a private proof gallery, then you choose the finished images included in your proposal. Additional finished images are quoted for your project. Delivery timing is confirmed in your proposal and begins after I receive your complete selections. RAW files and unedited proofs are not included in final delivery.
Editing and revisions
The proposal defines your editing scope. One consolidated round of minor adjustments is included when requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Brightness, color, crop, or a missed temporary blemish can be adjusted within that round. A new editing style, replacement selections after editing, or extensive retouching is quoted first. Corrections to my delivery errors do not count against the included round.
Usage and changes to your project
Tell me how the images will be used, including your website, social media, print, and advertising, so usage can be confirmed in the proposal. Use by another business or expanded uses should be discussed first. Additional people, locations, setups, time, or finished images are priced and approved before the extra work begins.

Good plans.
Clear expectations.
Pop-Up Portraits policies for organizers and participating guests. The organizer books the experience; guest purchases follow their own pricing and delivery terms.
Your booking
Who pays, and what does the organizer receive?
With Guest-Paid Portraits, the organizer pays $250 for 2 consecutive hours or $400 for 4. Guests purchase their photographs separately: $22 for one or $44 for three. Editing is optional at +$10 for one or +$20 for three. An additional operating hour is $100, subject to availability and advance agreement. LightFlicks retains guest sales unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. The organizer fee reserves attendance; it does not include a guest photo allowance, an organizer gallery, or general event coverage.
What is included in Hosted Portraits?
The host pays $650 for 2 consecutive hours with up to 20 sittings, or $1,100 for 4 hours with up to 40. Each completed sitting includes one selected, lightly edited digital photograph delivered within 48 hours after the event. A camera-finished copy of that same photograph is available on-site. A solo portrait, couple, or small group counts as one sitting and receives one included photograph shared by that group. These are maximum allowances, not guaranteed attendance or a promise to photograph every guest. Unused sittings have no cash value. Additional time, photographs, or capacity receive a quote before approval. Guest-paid extras are offered only with the host's prior agreement.
Reserving the date and paying the balance
The organizer's date is reserved after the event and setup are approved, the scope is confirmed in writing, and a $100 booking fee is paid. That fee is credited toward the organizer's total. The balance is due 7 calendar days before the event; bookings made within 7 days are paid in full. Any applicable tax and agreed extra costs are confirmed before payment. An inquiry alone does not reserve a date. Guest purchases follow the separate on-site payment policy.
Setup, access, and operating hours
Organizer bookings include planning, one photographer, the camera and agreed portable lighting, guest direction, and the sales and delivery workflow. Initial setup and final breakdown are outside the purchased operating hours. Roaming or one designated portrait spot is agreed in advance, together with access, arrival time, space, power needs, and permissions. The organizer confirms venue approval and any restrictions. Backdrops, tents, furniture, assistants, printing, and custom branding are included only if specified in the quote. Organizer delays do not automatically extend the end time; delays caused by LightFlicks are made up or credited.
Travel and additional costs
The first 25 one-way driving miles from Sanford are included. Travel of 26–50 miles is $50; 51–75 miles is $100; longer distances receive a custom quote. Parking, admission, venue charges, vendor charges, permits, and any special insurance documentation requirements are reviewed before booking. Extra costs, setup changes, and additional services require agreement before the work begins.
Cancellations and rescheduling
With at least 7 calendar days' notice, the organizer may transfer the $100 booking fee once to an available date within 90 days of the original event. If no new date is booked within that period, the fee is forfeited. With less than 7 days' notice, the booking fee is forfeited. Other prepaid service amounts are refunded, excluding separately approved, nonrecoverable outside costs. If LightFlicks cancels, the organizer's payments to LightFlicks are refunded.
Weather and safety
Outdoor bookings require an agreed sheltered alternative or weather plan. Before service begins, unsafe-weather cancellation offers a reschedule or refund, with any approved nonrecoverable outside costs disclosed beforehand. If conditions become unsafe during the event, photography pauses or ends; the written weather plan determines how the unused operating time is rescheduled or refunded. Guests and equipment must have a safe space to participate.
Your guests
How does a sitting work?
Plan for a quick sitting, typically 3–5 minutes, in one outfit at the current setting. Solo guests, couples, and groups of up to four are welcome; larger groups depend on space and time. Guests choose from a small selection before payment or delivery. The three-photo bundle covers one sitting with the same person or group. Walk-up participation is subject to the queue, remaining time, and any hosted allowance. A place in line does not guarantee a sitting; the queue may close before the scheduled end so service can finish on time.
Guest payments and digital delivery
Guest purchases are paid after selection and before delivery. The full payable amount, including any applicable tax, is shown before payment. There is no $100 booking fee for an individual guest purchase. Camera-finished JPEGs use the lighting, posing, composition, and camera settings from the sitting; individual editing and retouching are not included in that version. On-site transfer depends on device compatibility and connectivity. If transfer fails, provide verified contact details for delivery within 24 hours. Files are delivered privately. Prints, RAW files, unused frames, and every captured photograph are not included.
Editing, corrections, and missing photographs
Guest editing upgrades and the included hosted edit arrive within 48 hours after the event, using the images selected at the sitting. Light editing covers exposure, color, cropping, and temporary blemish cleanup while keeping natural texture. Extensive retouching, background replacement, and body reshaping are excluded. Edited purchases include one consolidated request for minor corrections within 7 calendar days of delivery. New image selections are not included. Delivery errors are corrected without charge and do not count against that round. Photographs that cannot be supplied are refunded to the purchaser; a hosted delivery failure is resolved with the organizer.
Permissions & service scope
Privacy, permission, and image use
A parent or guardian must be present and authorize participation for children. Portraits are delivered privately for personal sharing and printing. LightFlicks asks separately before using a guest's portrait in its portfolio or marketing. A purchase does not enroll anyone in promotional messages. Organizer access to guest photographs, advertising use, sponsor use, or other business use must be arranged separately with the necessary permissions; booking attendance does not automatically grant these rights.
How does this differ from other LightFlicks services?
Pop-Up Portraits is a quick, opt-in guest portrait experience during an organizer-booked event. General event coverage documents the event and requires a separate booking. Regular portrait sessions reserve personal shooting time with their own planning, image collections, and policies. Pop-Up Portraits follows the terms here, including its own guest prices and delivery times.
